Instructions
In a blender, combine the diced mango, pineapple chunks, and sliced banana.
Pour in the coconut milk and add the Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
If you'd like your smoothie sweeter, add the honey or maple syrup.
Sprinkle in the pinch of ground ginger to enhance the tropical flavors.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes to achieve desired thickness.
