Instructions
In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey/maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to the blender and pulse a few times to mix. This will add texture and thickness to the smoothie bowl.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and smooth out the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
