to tasteSesame seeds and additional green onion for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, minced green onion, grated ginger, minced garlic, beaten egg, black pepper, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
In a medium saucepan, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the simmering sauce, stirring constantly until the glaze thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Once the meatballs are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the thickened glaze over the meatballs and gently toss to coat them evenly.
Garnish the glazed meatballs with sesame seeds and additional green onion before serving.
Notes
Serve warm and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
