Combine: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the garlic mixture. Toss to coat the noodles evenly in the spicy garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
Garnish and Serve: Turn off the heat and mix in the sliced green onions. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro if desired.
