Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears. Place them flat on a baking dish, flesh side up.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in lemon juice, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Generously brush the spicy garlic butter mixture over the flesh of each lobster tail.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
Serve hot with additional lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the lobster.
Notes
Adjust the red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
