In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well blended but do not overmix.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Shape the turkey mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the meatballs to keep them moist while baking.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden color on the outside.
In a skillet, warm the marinara sauce over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and gently coat them.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
Adjust the cayenne pepper to taste for desired spiciness.
