Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the pretzel sticks evenly on the prepared baking sheet, creating a single layer.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the caramel candies with the heavy cream, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat.
Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake the pretzel and caramel mixture in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until the caramel is bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
While cooling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel and caramel layer, spreading it evenly using a spatula.
Sprinkle sea salt over the top to taste, and add any chopped nuts if desired.
Let the bark cool at room temperature or refrigerate until fully set (about 30 minutes).
Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
Optional nuts can be added for extra crunch.
