Instructions
Start by washing the fresh strawberries thoroughly. If using frozen strawberries, there's no need for washing.
In a blender, add the strawberries, sliced banana, creamy peanut butter, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining. You may pause to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness, if desired, by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again if you make any adjustments.
Once blended to your liking, pour the smoothie into glasses.
Optionally, garnish with a few slices of fresh strawberry or a swirl of peanut butter on top.
