Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, being careful not to break them.
Finally, fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated, giving a light and fluffy texture to the dip.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve the dip with fresh fruit slices (like apple or banana) and graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
For a fun touch, drizzle extra peanut butter over the top of the dip and sprinkle some more chocolate chips.
