Maple Granola Yogurt Bark

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt, followed by the mixed berries and chopped nuts.
Lightly press the toppings into the yogurt with the back of a spatula to ensure they stick.
Finish by sprinkling a pinch of sea salt over the top to enhance the flavors.
Freeze the bark for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Once frozen, break the bark into pieces or cut it into squares for serving.
Notes
Serve on a wooden board or a colorful plate, and garnish with a drizzle of extra maple syrup and a few whole berries for visual appeal.
