Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey Sriracha glaze, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Return the glazed meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize a bit.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a platter with extra glaze and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
