Honey Garlic Glazed Carrots
A delicious side dish of carrots glazed in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

honey

soy sauce

cloves
garlic, minced

unsalted butter

olive oil

teaspoon
freshly grated ginger
to taste
salt
to taste

fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter has melted and begins to bubble.
Add the baby carrots to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the oil and butter. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the carrots start to soften.
Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the carrots, stirring well to combine.
Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and the glaze has thickened to a syrupy consistency.
Once done, remove from heat and transfer the glazed carrots to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving for added color and flavor.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for garnish to enhance flavor and presentation.
