Lay out the large tortillas on a clean surface. Place a handful of mixed greens or spinach in the center of each tortilla.
Spoon an appropriate amount of the chicken salad mixture onto the greens, being careful not to overfill.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a wrap.
Slice the wraps in half diagonally for easier handling.
