Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Slowly add in the milk to the mixture. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the meatballs to help them brown in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Optional: For an extra cheesy finish, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted and golden.
Notes
Serve on marinara sauce with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Great with spaghetti or garlic bread.
