Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking.
Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Once done, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a bowl, and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over them while they’re still hot. Toss to combine.
If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze for a sweet and tangy finish.
