plain Greek yogurt

red grapes, halved

walnuts, chopped

green onions, sliced

Dijon mustard

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise until the chicken is well-coated.
Add the finely chopped celery, halved red grapes, chopped walnuts, and sliced green onions to the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the chicken mixture.
Gently fold all the ingredients together until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to break the grapes.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.
Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or in a wrap, garnished with fresh dill if desired.
