8 oz fettuccine pasta

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set the pasta aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.

      Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
