1cupapples, diced (use a mix of sweet and tart apples)
1/2cupcaramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully blended, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
In a small bowl, toss the diced apples with cinnamon.
Gently fold the diced apples into the cream cheese dip mixture.
Drizzle in half of the caramel sauce and gently swirl it through the mixture without fully mixing it in.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
If using, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the dip for added texture.
Notes
Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers, or pretzel sticks on the side for dipping. Consider adding a sprinkle of chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
