Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to form a batter. It should be thick but pourable.
In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs; set aside.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumbs until well coated. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the breaded cauliflower wings to help them crisp in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Remove the cauliflower wings from the oven and toss them in a bowl with BBQ sauce until well coated.
Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes for the sauce to caramelize.
Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
Adjust cayenne pepper to taste for desired spiciness.
