In a mixing bowl, finely chop the mushroom stems and combine them with the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the creamy filling, pressing down slightly to ensure it's packed in.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the filled mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Air fry the stuffed mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
Once done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.

Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a vibrant platter and garnish with additional chopped parsley for a fresh look. Serve warm.
