Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington County, Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you or we may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other.
